The first 100 days at i-spark

Content

Hello everyone! It’s been 100 days since I made the transition from online marketing to my new role as a data analyst at i-spark. It seemed like a good moment to reflect on my experiences so far and share them with you.

My first weeks at i-spark began positively. I had the opportunity to participate in various activities, including a team day with a client. We kicked things off with an escape room and followed up with a team bonding activity called Prison Island. We ended the day with a cozy dinner. Then, I stayed overnight with my new colleagues in a hotel, so we could start fresh the next day for my first client visit. Additionally, a Christmas dinner and a bowling night were also on the agenda. I’ve also attended two external data events, one of which was hosted by i-spark itself. It was great to be so quickly involved with the team and clients.

In addition to these festivities, work was of course being carried out. During my first 100 days at i-spark, I gained insight into the work environment and the various projects we are working on. i-spark is a company specializing in data analysis and consultancy. I got acquainted with new tools, new technologies, and even had to get used to working with a MacBook. I’ve already learned a lot in the field of data. There is a strong emphasis on professional development, and i-spark offers plenty of opportunities for training and growth. I’ve taken several courses and have also learned a lot from the knowledge and experience of my new colleagues.

Another thing I appreciate about i-spark is the diversity of projects we work on. We serve various clients in different sectors, which makes every day interesting. It also gives me the chance to see how different companies have set up and use their data infrastructure.

In short, my first 100 days at i-spark have flown by. I’ve already learned a lot, both professionally and personally, and I look forward to what the future holds in my new role.
