View caseICObath is North America’s largest seller of designer towel warmers, bathroom accessories, sinks and bathroom underfloor heating. Due to the clunky reporting of SAP, Icobath approached us to ask if we could provide different insights especially in the area of sales. A separate dashboard was built for team members, sales staff and management with the insights they need. How much was sold against targets today, this month or this year? How are sales of specific brands over the years or in a specific month? What do our top 20 best customers look like this year and compared to last year? In which regions are our products sold the most? What percentage of orders are delivered on time to our customers this week vs. this year’s target or average? By taking a look at the various dashboard, they can see at a glance how Icobath is doing today, this week, this month and this year.
