Secondlife Inkjets ran into the challenge of not getting a good overview of a number of much sought-after insights. The desire was to get a clear overview of their turnover per customer, the turnover per product category, the turnover per relationship manager and also a clear overview of the number of billed orders per day. All these data were included in the accounting package Exact Online, but retrieving and bringing these data together turned out to be not easy at all!

The goal

The goal was to be able to unlock the data from Exact Online in a clear, user-friendly dashboard. Together with Yalmar, we determined the information needs, made the data design based on that and searched for the right data. With Dataddo we retrieve the data from Exact Online. This data is then stored in Google Big Query (a data warehouse in the cloud). From Google Big Query we access the data in Klipfolio, allowing Secondlife Inkjets to see all the important data at a glance.
